The Union of Greens and Farmers' candidate, Aivars Lembergs is in the same position and will not want to change his comfortable life in Ventspils for the responsibilities of a premier in Riga. Although Urbanovics has worked extensively in parliament, he's not qualified to serve as prime minister because of his lack of business experience.
